Who are the services for?
Services are available for children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals experiencing neurodevelopmental, mood, and anxiety-related concerns, as well as life challenges.
Do I need a diagnosis before therapy?
No. You do not need a diagnosis to begin therapy. Many people seek therapy to better understand themselves, manage stress, or work through life challenges.
How long is a session?
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on your goals and concerns. Some individuals benefit from short-term support, while others may prefer longer-term therapy.
How do I know if I should seek therapy or a psychological assessment?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to cope with certain thoughts, emotions, or situations, therapy can help provide support and strategies.
A psychological assessment may be helpful if you’re seeking clarity about specific concerns—such as attention difficulties, autism-related traits, learning challenges, or emotional/behavioural patterns—and would like a clearer understanding or diagnosis.
If you’re unsure, you can reach out and we can discuss which option may be most suitable for you.
What if I’m under 18—can I still attend sessions?
Yes, individuals under 18 can attend sessions. Parental or guardian consent is required before starting therapy or an assessment.
Depending on the situation and age, sessions may involve both the young person and their parent/guardian, or individual time with the client. Confidentiality will also be discussed clearly, including what information may be shared with parents or guardians.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential, with exceptions only where required by law or in situations involving risk of harm to yourself or others. This will be explained clearly at the start.
How do I book an appointment?
You can reach out via WhatsApp, Instagram or email to enquire or schedule an appointment. We will guide you through the next steps.
